About | LOV’EM BAGS LLC — US Supplier, Cambodia Manufacturer, One Team

About LOV’EM Bags

Supplier-first.
Manufacturer-backed.

Most US packaging suppliers source from third-party factories overseas, mark up the price, and pray the quality holds up. We don’t. LOV’EM BAGS owns the entire pipeline — we manufacture in our Cambodia facility, import to the US, and deliver direct to your dock.

The Operation

One company.
Two specialized teams.

The dual-operation model isn’t a logistics quirk — it’s the entire reason we can deliver pricing, lead times, and quality control that traditional middlemen can’t match.

The US Team

Our Texas-based supply operation manages every customer relationship, project intake, and final-mile delivery. When you call, you reach a US-based contact who owns your project end-to-end — no time-zone juggling, no language barriers, no hand-offs.

The Cambodia Facility

Our wholly-owned Cambodia facility produces every bag we sell. Located in the Qilu Special Economic Zone, 80 km from the Ho Chi Minh deep-water port, the facility runs more than 200 staff across weaving, lamination, printing, and finishing — producing 70+ million sacks annually under BRC and FSSC 22000-audited quality control.

Certification

The standards
that food, feed,
and pharma trust.

Our certifications aren’t stickers we paid for — they’re third-party audits of our materials, processes, traceability, and quality systems against the global standards used by the world’s most demanding food and feed brands. We extend that standard upstream: our raw-material suppliers operate under the same FSSC 22000 management system, so traceability begins long before the bag does.

For animal feed producers, pet food brands, and dairy processors, BRC and FSSC 22000 compliance isn’t optional. It’s the line between “approved supplier” and “we’ll get back to you.” We’re already on the right side of that line.

Material Safety

Every raw material verified against contamination, migration, and food-contact safety standards. 100% FDA-approved inputs.

Traceability

Full lot-to-lot traceability from FSSC 22000-certified suppliers through finished bag to outbound shipment.

Process Control

Documented, audited procedures across weave, lamination, print, and finishing operations.

Annual Audit

Independent third-party recertification across both BRC and FSSC 22000 every twelve months.

Our Process

From quote
to dock
in six steps.

Every project moves through the same disciplined pipeline — discovery, quoting, sampling, production, and final-mile delivery. Here’s exactly what happens after you reach out.

STEP 01

Discovery

Tell us your bag type, fill weight, dimensions, color count, style, and target quantity. The more specific the better — it’s how we get you the right answer the first time.

STEP 02

Consultation

Our sales and technical team reviews your application and recommends the optimal bag construction, weave count, lamination, and closure for your operation.

STEP 03

Quote

You receive a detailed written quotation within two business days — complete with pricing, lead time, freight, and payment terms.

STEP 04

Sample & Approval

For custom-printed orders, we produce a pre-production sample from your supplied artwork and ship it for sign-off before production begins.

STEP 05

Manufacture

Production runs at our Cambodia facility under BRC and FSSC 22000-audited quality control. Twelve to fourteen weeks from sample approval to ready-to-ship.

STEP 06

Ship

Freight clears customs at the Ho Chi Minh deep-water port, lands in the US, and routes directly to your facility — anywhere in the lower 48.

Beyond the Bag

Services that
do more than ship.

Two consultative services included in every project. The kind of help most suppliers charge extra for — or don’t offer at all.

SERVICE 01

Graphic Design

Our in-house design team handles every step of your bag artwork — from initial layout through pre-press color matching to print-ready files. Whether you’re launching a new product or refreshing existing packaging, we treat the artwork like an extension of your brand.

Up to nine-color flexographic capability, PMS color matching, matte and gloss finish options, and full pre-production proofing before any production run kicks off.

SERVICE 02

Bag Size Recommendations

Tell us what you’re packaging and how it ships, and we’ll tell you what bag will hold up. Our team has worked with every category of dry-product handling — we know which bag construction, weave count, and closure type will actually perform on your line.

The right bag the first time. No costly redesigns three production runs in.
