The questions we hear most often during the quote process — answered up front so you can include the right details on your first request.
The most useful info is bag type (BOPP, FIBC, PP woven, etc.), fill weight or capacity, print color count, target quantity, and your delivery zip code. If you have artwork or product samples, attach them — they help us spec the right construction the first time.
Two business days for most projects. Complex custom runs (multi-color print, unusual specs, large quantities) may take a third day. We'll always confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours, even if the full quote takes longer.
Standard MOQ is 10,000 units across all product lines. We do consider smaller volumes case-by-case, especially for first-time orders, brand pilots, or customers planning to scale into larger volumes. Mention your situation in the project details and we'll work with you.
12 to 14 weeks from artwork approval to ready-to-ship. This includes manufacturing at our Cambodia facility, BRC-audited quality control, freight to the US, and customs clearance. Custom artwork and pre-production sampling is built into this window.
Freight included by default. Quotes include final-mile delivery to your dock anywhere in the lower 48. If you have a preferred freight broker or want to coordinate your own pickup from our US stock, we can arrange that too — just note it on your quote request.
Yes. Our Cambodia manufacturing facility holds BRC (Brand Reputation Compliance) certification, the global standard for packaging materials in food, feed, and pharmaceutical applications. Documentation is available on request as part of supplier qualification processes.
